The new renovated property of The Fateh was actually built during the reign of Maharana Bhupal Singh of Udaipur in 1930s. He was the son of Maharana Fateh Singh, the one who laid the foundation of Fateh Sager Lake.
The architectural design of The Fateh was influenced by the British of era and hence is a beautiful blend of Anglo-Rajput architecture.
